Want to change things up a bit from traditional upland bird hunting? Try your shooting skills at one of our Continental Pheasant Shoots. Ten or more of our guests surround a tower just outside of our lodge as our guides randomly release birds in all directions. What a great way for you and your friends to have some healthy competition! If you’ve never tried it, you’re missing out; continental pheasant shoots are a favorite amongst nearly all of our guests.
McCranie Plantation is committed to seeing hunting passed down from one generation to the next. Any child 9 and under shoots with their paying parent(s) for free! A Continental Pheasant Shoot is a great opportunity for the younger generation to get lots of shooting action.
